 MEETING FORMAT 
100+ Women Niagara will be having four ZOOM/in person meetings a year. Our intentions are to ensure the duration of each meeting is no longer than one hour. Below is an outline of the structure of our meetings with time-frames to ensure we remain on schedule.

  • Meetings will start right at 7:00 or selected time. We encourage everyone to log on 15 minutes early for sign-in.
  • Register/Sign In  (6:45-7:00).
  • Welcome/Introductions and Guest Speaker intro as applicable (5 Minutes).
  • Selected Charity from previous meeting – Thank You & Cheque presentation (5 Minutes).
  • 3 Random Charities are drawn. (5 minutes)
  • 5 – 7 Minute presentations of chosen organizations (25 Minutes Total). Question period.
  • Vote and Count – (5 – 10 Minutes) – Women take a refreshment break.
  • Announce Winner and provide link to chosen charity
